Some days include food trucks or grab-and-go lunches so you can refuel fast and head back into your day with more ease.
Restorative Sound & Stillness

This 45-minute session invites you to lie back, get cozy, and let sound do the work. Using crystal singing bowls, gentle chimes, and other resonant instruments, we’ll create a calming soundscape to help ease tension and reset your nervous system.

A midweek breath of fresh air.
This guided session explores simple breath techniques to help calm the mind, regulate stress, and reconnect you to your center. Whether you’re feeling anxious, tired, or just out of sync, this class offers gentle tools to bring you back into balance—in just 45 minutes.
