SOCIAL + SUPPORT

Silent Book Club

Part of our Silent Mondays series, this is a quiet, cozy space to unwind with a good book—surrounded by others doing the same.

We’ll start with a short, optional welcome, then settle in for an hour of uninterrupted silent reading. Bring a novel, memoir, comic, or whatever you’re currently into—there’s no assigned book, no discussion pressure, and no noise.

Choose your own comfort: stretch out on a mat, curl up in a cozy chair, or grab a spot at a table. This is your time to get still, get cozy, and let the words carry you.

Mondays from 8-9pm

Forest Bathing

Slow down, breathe deep, and connect with nature on an accessible, beginner-friendly trail. We’ll walk slowly, pausing often to engage the senses, and take time for a short, guided meditation at a peaceful spot—before walking back together in quiet awareness.

No hiking, no pressure—just gentle movement, stillness, and nervous system support.

Bring water, weather-appropriate layers, and something to sit on if you’d like. Journals welcome but not required.
