Tea & Stillness
Ease into your Sunday with quiet presence, warm tea, and a little space to breathe. This open, drop-in meditation offers a soft start to the day—come for five minutes or stay the whole hour. No agenda, no pressure—just stillness, sips, and space to be.
At 10 AM, you’re welcome to stay for Sunday Service, a guided hour of breathwork, movement, and deep rest. Both sessions are designed to regulate the nervous system and help you reconnect—whether you come for one or both, you’ll leave feeling more like yourself.

Meditation in Place
Each month, we meet in a new outdoor space—under trees, beside lakes, near something ancient and alive—and we sit. Just for a little while. No chanting, no pressure. Just your breath, your body, and the place you’re in.
This seasonal outdoor series is designed to reconnect you with stillness, nature, and yourself. Each session includes a short guided meditation followed by quiet time to simply be.
This summer’s locations include:
• Shelter Gardens
• The Burr Oak
• Boathenge
• Stephens Lake Park
Bring a mat, chair, blanket—whatever helps you settle. These sessions are gentle, beginner-friendly, and open to all.
