Developing Your Home Breathwork Practice is a monthly class designed to help you deepen your understanding of breathwork and learn how to incorporate it effectively into your daily routine. In this session, we’ll explore different schools of breathwork, discuss which breathing techniques are most effective in various situations, and go beyond the basics with more advanced practices not typically covered in a standard breathwork session.
You’ll leave with a greater understanding of how to use breathwork for relaxation, focus, energy, and emotional release, along with practical tools to build your own home practice. Each class will include a short lecture followed by a guided session, allowing you to experience the techniques firsthand.
