ABOUT

Owner, Tami Heaton

Tami Heaton (they/she) is a certified breathwork facilitator and sound therapy practitioner based in St. Louis and Columbia, MO. After recovering from Long Covid, Tami discovered the profound healing benefits of breathwork and sound therapy, leading them to embrace these practices both personally and professionally. Their work centers on helping individuals regulate their nervous systems, develop emotional resilience, and cultivate inner peace through breathwork, sound baths, and somatic healing techniques.

Tami is particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, as well as those navigating trauma and addiction. They have trained extensively in polyvagal theory and apply these principles to help clients with self-regulation, nervous system healing, and recovery. Their approach is informed by both their training and lived experience as a neurodivergent person, allowing them to create a safe and inclusive space for all.

With over 20 years of experience as a small business coach and entrepreneur, Lea brings practical insight to their healing work, recognizing the importance of balancing personal growth with life’s everyday demands.
