ABOUT REGULATION
Regulation is a wellness studio where people come to reconnect—with their bodies, their breath, and their sense of calm.
We offer classes and events that support nervous system health through movement, sound, breathwork, meditation, and creative expression. Whether it’s a sound bath, a parent–child drumming class, or a lunchtime reset, everything we do is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and gently transformative.
At Regulation, we believe that healing doesn’t have to be intimidating—and that everyone deserves tools for feeling better in their body.

WHAT IS NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION?
Most of us aren’t taught how to listen to our nervous systems—let alone care for them. But your nervous system shapes everything: how you breathe, sleep, focus, connect, recover, and respond to stress.
At Regulation, we use science-backed, sensory-informed practices to help people feel more grounded, calm, and connected in their everyday lives.
Our Approach Includes:
Sound Therapy
Vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and even the singing saw help shift brainwaves, slow heart rate, and release tension held in the body.Breathwork
Guided breath techniques can move energy, regulate mood, support focus, and activate the body’s natural ability to come out of fight, flight, or freeze.Polyvagal Theory
Based on the work of Dr. Stephen Porges, polyvagal theory explains how our bodies move between states of safety, survival, and shutdown—and how we can gently guide ourselves back toward balance through things like movement, vocalization, breath, and co-regulation.Somatic Practices
These are body-based approaches that help us tune in, release stress, and process stored emotions. From mindful movement to chair-based stretching to guided releasing practices, it’s all about returning to your body without force or judgment.
Nervous system regulation isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about creating safety, one moment at a time. It’s slow. It’s gentle. And it works.
